Meet the Watfly Atlas, a Personal Electric VTOL Coming in 2021 – Robb Report

Interesting vertical take off and landing vehicle student project at the University of Waterloo. You can advance purchase for about $150,000. Apparently no license needed in at least the US but I would think everyone better of if the drivers did at least initially until their training and technology proven to be reliable. They can’t fly over congested areas or designated air space but that still leaves lots of practice uses. It says it has emergency parachute but doesn’t say if it for occupant or vehicle.
