Ontario using new law to suppress suits over negligent government conduct, lawyers say

Very dangerous precedence. Instead of dealing with systemic issues in the justice system and elsewhere in government they have removed the ability to sue them for negligence to force accountability if it s funding or policy issue. They are even avoiding the request for list of lawsuits they are planning to try and use the new law retroactively on. This is already more than a slippery slope.
