We often hear from people about the quality of the journalism and reporting produced by the CBC. Many have expressed disappointment or frustrations with how the CBC covers political issues and the presence of bias in some of their reporting.

Before the CRTC regulator renews the CBC’s broadcasting license, they are conducting public consultations on the type of content and news coverage that Canadians want to see from the CBC going forward. The information gathered during this public consultation will help shape the new requirements that the public broadcaster must meet.
