Greengate Power says array of 1.5 million panels will provide enough energy to power 100,000 homes

New solar farm to supply enough power for over 100,000 homes. There is firms developing energy storage technology to be able to continue supplying power when solar, wind, geo thermal or hydro are not at their peak. These an other renewable and more sustainable energy sources will eventually wean us off fossil fuels. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
