While building a new Windows Server 2016 Image sysadmins discovered Windows Location Services is on by default and tracking location of the server instead of having it an option to turn on.
I guess MS thinks sysadmins will need “Find my Server”
Similar with many other services not required on a server or at least not on by default.
Or is this part of their strategy of bulk data collection like they doing elsewhere and similar to Facebook, Google, Apple, Amazon and others?
