Invitation to the General Public Concerned about Human Rights and Important Message for New Members and Reminder for Old Members

Some of the issues, suggestions and solutions mentioned below are NOT just specific to Winnipeg and Manitoba. Many of these are relevant to other jurisdictions and more involvement is needed from the public to address these and even more serious issues. The consequences of not doing this are much greater than most realize.
Important message for new members and reminder to all other members
Thanks for taking the time to join our group to get informed and join discussions. If you have not done so please read and watch the info and videos in the pinned post and read the group’s description section. Please contribute in a meaningful way and be part of the solutions to the serious issues we are standing against or the changes we are advocating for.
Here is a summary of a few of these issues and facts but read and watch as per above and you will learn much more.
Several laws or bylaws in Manitoba related to enforcement proven to be unlawful in court and had to be amended to be lawful. The Crown representing the Province or City lawyers stayed or didn’t contest appeal to avoid a decision and the consequences.
FIPPA’s requests were needed to stop enforcement and stay the unlawful tickets still in the system from people informed and standing up for their Canadian Charter rights, for fair and just treatment and other human rights granted to them by international covenants signed by Canada and which trump all other laws, bylaws or policies.
FIPPA’s also proved they knew it was unlawful beforehand and still enforced and or collected fines. Even after this they wouldn’t refund the tickets paid in good faith by those uninformed or who didn’t have the time, money or courage to take time off work to stand up for their rights.. This has happened at least 3 times and involved $ Millions in tickets.
You can’t paint a more clear picture of what is going on and what needs to be done. If not did you forget slavery was once lawful? Please be part of the solutions not the problems.
Find some humorous cartoons and photos and some that are more serious that help highlight the issues we stand against and are advocating for changes to address them.
Thanks
