Where is the safety?
We can add known locations (the most deficient in traffic engineering) and times as well to help people go out and sign. We know which ones are the most deficient and most targeted from the stats they publish. We need to get the WiseUpWinnipeg website back up so it easier to update and track this.
Or is there a suggested public online service for this? Anyone with web design or development experience that can help get the WUW website back up? We have a partial copy from archive.
